A Public Home for The Green Pill School, With Membership and Applications on One Site
The Green Pill School is Fahim Faruq’s coaching, education, accountability, and brotherhood community for Muslim men. Before this project, his material wasn’t self-hosted—it lived scattered across PDFs and floating documents, with no centralized place for the framework, membership, or press, and no intake system to review applications. BadrLabs built thegreenpillschool.com as that home: a self-hosted site with the School’s content in one place and a human-reviewed application flow.

The challenge
The offer was already specific—weekly and bi-weekly circles, flagship programmes, and four membership tiers—but nothing yet held the formation domains, pathway, founder story, field photography, or press in one place. The School also needed an application that collected who the man is, his situation, and which tier he was considering, with consent and coaching acknowledgement, without putting database or email credentials in the browser.
Inside the product

How it came together
We split the public site from intake: TanStack Start on a Cloudflare Worker for the School, with validated application submissions handled so rate limits follow the visitor and sensitive credentials stay off the client.
Stood up a monorepo with a TanStack Start site, shared Zod validation, and Cloudflare Worker deployment for the public experience
Encoded the School into the homepage from a single content module—hero, formation domains, pathway, circles, flagship programmes, founder story, tiers, and FAQ
Built /apply on that schema, pre-filling membership interest from tier links and requiring consent plus the coaching disclaimer
Added /media for interviews and audio, privacy pages, WhatsApp-ready Open Graph metadata, and browser-side Formcarry submission for reviewed intake
“BadrLabs worked with me to understand the School’s vision and produce a public home that matches our mission.
They helped me decide what information mattered so we could tell a cohesive story—highlighting the past and ongoing work in a way that speaks to prospective students. They also gave me an intake pipeline that is fully mine.”
